柯文哲任職台大醫院外科創傷部主任時，劉如意採購辦公室用品，涉嫌以不實發票向台大醫院核銷新台幣6100多元，涉犯偽造文書罪。台北地檢署調查後，劉如意坦承犯行，檢察官予以緩起訴。
柯文哲上午出席里長座談會，會前受訪時表示，「這案子也是辦得很奇怪」，為了390元的塑膠椅，檢方說他們用文具去報塑膠椅的帳，說塑膠椅是家具不是文具，涉及登載不實而被緩起訴。
柯文哲表示，重點不是緩起訴，重點是過程中劉如意被傳了幾次，被操到最後有點精神失常，「有事來找我好了，不應該找我助理」。
對於有立委譏諷劉如意是「第二個余文」，柯文哲說，從頭到尾檢察官都沒傳他去說明，他還是覺得，有事應該他來負責。
